HireHelm provides fleet management software for boat hire operators, including online booking, digital waivers, payment processing, and fleet tracking tools. Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.
3. Account Responsibilities
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date

5. Payments and Billing

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireHelm and Towpath Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the HireHelm website and platform are owned by Towpath Digital Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
